Mental Health Begins with Access

Mental health treatment is becoming increasingly accessible, but it remains far from universal. Many people across North Carolina wish to seek treatment but the nearest provider is hours away, or there are no more appointments available, or maybe its too expensive. These barriers make mental health support a hardship for those who may need it most. Because of these barriers, it is vital to have a support tool that is free to use, easy to use, and available to all to use. This is where journaling comes in.

Journaling is not and should not be seen as a replacement for other mental health services. Fro many, it's a first step, and for others, it stays with them along their journey. No matter where you are, journaling is at your disposal.

Journaling is:

  • Free
  • Available whenever you want it to be
  • Private, making it a good first step
  • Flexible to your organization
